Adding Value.

My work brings together experience across journalism, live formats, advisory roles and mediation. I support leaders, institutions and organisations where complexity needs to be handled with clarity, integrity and care.

I am engaged when conversations matter, decisions carry weight and outcomes need to be both credible and workable. Formats vary — from public-facing events to confidential sessions — but the focus remains the same: creating the conditions for insight, alignment and sound decision-making.

How I work.

I design and facilitate conversations that are purposeful, well-held and attuned to context. This may take the form of a conference, an advisory board, a strategic workshop or a bespoke session developed for a specific moment or challenge.

My work spans live, recorded and hybrid formats. What matters is not the format itself, but whether it serves the objective at hand.

Drawing on experience in front of the camera, at the microphone and with senior stakeholders, I bring structure, presence and attentiveness to both content and dynamics. I work analytically and intuitively — helping participants surface what matters, test assumptions and move beyond habitual positions.

Where tension, conflict or uncertainty is present, I create space for resolution that is disciplined, impartial and human.
